Delivery

We take every care in ensuring safe shipment from our premises to your door. Working with some of the top courier firms, we aim to provide prompt and convenient logistics for domestic, international and trade customers.

SECTION 1: DOMESTIC

  • UK mainland orders shipping and delivery is typically made within 2-5 working days.

  • Additional charges for the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands may need to be added for certain orders.

  • Tracking information will be provided on dispatch.

  • If you are not home for the delivery, our couriers will make another attempt. If the goods are returned to us due to failed delivery, you will be charged an administration and restocking fee up to and including £45.

SECTION 2: INTERNATIONAL

  • International orders will be quoted and charged appropriately for shipping during checkout and delivery is typically made within 7-14 working days.

  • Tracking information will be provided on dispatch.

  • Any additional charges including currency conversions, local customs taxes etc. are wholly the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If you are not home for the delivery, our couriers will make another attempt. If the goods are returned to us due to failed delivery, you will be charged an administration and restocking fee up to £45.

  • If the consignee refuses to accept the goods for whatever reason and CADDY COVERS UK incur a cost because of this, any refund offered will be minus those administration costs.

We deliver to most countries worldwide. The only limit is the availability of services provided by our payment and courier partners in a country. You can see the full list of the countries that we ship to in the cart, this is before you pay for your order. If your country is not shown in the list, unfortunately, we cannot deliver orders to this location. We are unable to offer to ship to a country on a one-off basis, or change territories by request.

SECTION 3 - IMPORTANY INFORMATION

  • During checkout, you may be able to specify separate billing and shipping addresses. For security reasons, we reserve the right not to accept orders if we have reason to believe that the address is not secure or the order is fraudulent.

  • We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been accepted so please ensure that you input your details accurately.

  • We are unable to refund any delivery charges if the courier is unable to deliver due to nobody being home or other reasons outside of the control of CADDY COVERS UK.

  • Once your order arrives, please inspect all packages thoroughly for damage or missing pieces. If there are any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Some orders could comprise of multiple consignments and portions may be delivered on separate days or by different couriers.

Returns

We take great pride in our products and have over a hundred satisfied customers. However, in the highly unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, you should notify us as soon as possible but no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, you will need to notify us in writing by email and return the item(s) to us in a saleable condition. The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please take every care to ensure the goods are not damaged in transit; we strongly recommend insuring the return delivery to the same value of the product. If the goods are not adequately packaged or are returned damaged, you will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair.

A return address will be provided (via email) to approved return applications.

To help us expedite your return, please insert a piece of paper with your name, address and invoice number securely into the packaging.

At your request, we can arrange collection using our own couriers for a cost of £45 (mainland UK only).

Once your return is received it will be inspected within 5 working days. We will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, the exchange goods will be sent out right away or your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that, depending on payment method/organisation, your funds may take up to 72 hours to clear.
